How to delete your account

You can delete your MiniEpi account at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone, so please read this page first.

In the app or on the website

• Sign in, then open "Me" → "Account" (on screen: 我的 → 帳戶 on the Taiwan site, 마이 → 계정 on the Korea site).
• Tap "Delete account" (on screen: 註銷帳號 / 회원 탈퇴) and type the confirmation word.
• Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on all devices.

By email

Send an email from the address you sign in with to support@miniepi.com with the subject "Delete my account". We process it within ten days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Deleted: your email address, nickname, tax ID (if provided), viewing history, favourites and all sign-in sessions. Remaining coins and bonus coins are forfeited and active membership ends.
• Kept: order and payment records that the law requires us to keep (for example tax and consumer-protection records), only for the statutory period, then deleted or de-identified.
• Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play must also be cancelled in that store, otherwise the store may keep charging you.
