Support, feedback, account and payment questions, copyright notices and business enquiries for MiniEpi are all handled by email: support@miniepi.com. We do not offer phone support.

Support and feedback

• Tell us which site or app you use, the email address linked to your account and, for payment questions, the order number, so we can find your account quickly.
• We usually reply within two business days; payment and refund investigations take up to seven business days.

Account and data

• Deleting your account: see "How to delete your account".
• Accessing, correcting or deleting personal data: see section 7 of the Privacy Policy; email support and we reply within thirty days.

Copyright notices

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, email support with proof of your rights, the URL of the content, your contact details and a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is unauthorised. We remove the content after verification and notify the provider.

Requests from government and law enforcement

Send formal documents from an official agency mailbox to the support address, stating the legal basis, the scope of data requested and the deadline. We disclose data only where the law or due process requires, and only to the minimum extent necessary.

Business enquiries

For content licensing, advertising or distribution partnerships, email support with "Business" in the subject.
