Terms of Service

Welcome to MiniEpi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and ZNRUN TECH LIMITED ("we", "us") for your use of the MiniEpi website, the regional sites (tw01.miniepi.com (Taiwan), hk01.miniepi.com (HK), my01.miniepi.com (MY), sg01.miniepi.com (SG), kr01.miniepi.com (Korea), us01.miniepi.com (United States)), the apps and related services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Payments and Refunds, the Auto-renewal Agreement and the Transaction Terms, all of which form part of these Terms.

1. Scope

• These Terms apply to all sites and apps of the Service. A regional site may add supplementary rules required by local law (for example an "Operator information" notice and a local-language version of these documents); for that site the supplementary rules prevail where they differ.
• If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only after a legal guardian has read, understood and accepted these Terms; a guardian may ask us to delete a minor's account at any time.
• Content is offered in the regions and languages covered by its licence; content not licensed for your region is not available to you.

2. Accounts

• The Service starts with a "device identity": a random device ID created in your browser or app the first time you open it. Your coins, membership and viewing history are tied to that ID. Clearing browser data, reinstalling the app or changing devices will not restore them automatically — link an email address first.
• You can sign in and link your account with an email verification code or with a Google or Facebook account (the apps also offer Sign in with Apple). Within one site, one email address is one account; once linked, you can recover it on other devices and in the app, and coins and membership are shared between the web and the app.
• Accounts on different regional sites are independent: coins or membership bought on one site cannot be used on another.
• Keep your email mailbox and third-party accounts secure; everything done after a verified sign-in is treated as done by you.
• You can delete your account at any time in "Me → Account" (see "How to delete your account"). Remaining coins and bonus coins are forfeited without refund and active membership ends.

3. The Service

• The Service streams short dramas online. Some episodes are free; the rest are unlocked with coins or watched as a member, as marked on each series page.
• Content may change or be removed at any time because a licence expires, a rights holder requests it or for other reasons. Unlocked episodes remain watchable until removal; removal is not a ground for refund, but we try to announce it in advance.
• We may suspend or interrupt the Service for maintenance, upgrades or force majeure and will try to announce it in advance.

4. Coins, bonus coins and membership

• "Coins" are virtual credits bought in the currency of the site and usable only to unlock content on that site; they cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, applied to other goods or used on another site.
• "Bonus coins" are extra credits we grant in promotions or with top-ups; they work like coins and are spent first. Promotional bonus coins may expire as stated in the promotion.
• "Membership" is a subscription billed daily, weekly, every two weeks, monthly or yearly that lets you watch episodes marked "free for members" without coins. Membership renews automatically; see the Auto-renewal Agreement.
• Coins and membership bought through the App Store or Google Play are priced, paid and refunded under that store's rules; the benefits are the same as for web purchases.

5. Payment, prices and refunds

• Prices on each site are stated in the local currency and include tax. Payments are processed by payment providers or app stores; we never store your card number.
• Coins, single-episode unlocks and membership are digital content supplied without a tangible medium and online services completed on delivery. With your confirmation before payment, local law allows us to exclude any unconditional withdrawal or cooling-off period; refunds follow Payments and Refunds and the Transaction Terms. We show this notice clearly and obtain your consent before you pay.
• Nothing in these Terms reduces the mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to do any of the following; otherwise we may suspend or terminate your account without refund of remaining coins or membership and reserve all legal remedies:

• download, record, capture, reproduce, broadcast, transmit or otherwise distribute content from the Service;
• access the Service with crawlers, scripts or other automated tools, or interfere with or disrupt its operation;
• circumvent regional restrictions or payment mechanisms, or obtain coins, bonus coins or membership by improper means;
• rent, sell or share your account with others for profit;
• impersonate another person, or pay, request refunds or file chargebacks using false information;
• anything else that breaks the law or infringes the rights of us, our licensors or third parties.

7. Intellectual property

Videos, text, images, trademarks and interface designs on the Service are protected by copyright and related laws and belong to us or our licensors. You receive only a personal, non-commercial right to watch. Feedback you send us may be used by us free of charge to improve the Service. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, follow the notice procedure on the Contact page.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that every device or browser can play every title.
• We are not liable for losses caused by networks, telecommunications, third-party payment providers, app stores or force majeure.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amounts you actually paid us in the three months before the loss arose. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it, such as for intent or gross negligence.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, dispute resolution) continue to apply after termination.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. Revisions are published on this page with an updated effective date; changes that materially affect your rights are announced at least seven days before they take effect in the Service, in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms; if you do not, stop using the Service and you may delete your account.

11. Governing law and disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live.
• If a dispute arises, please contact support first; we will negotiate in good faith.
• Users in Taiwan may call the 1950 consumer hotline or complain to their local consumer service centre, and may sue in the court of their place of residence under Article 47 of the Consumer Protection Act.
• Users in Korea may apply for mediation to the Korea Consumer Agency or the 1372 consumer counselling centre; mandatory provisions of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce apply.
