Transaction Terms

Effective date: 2026-10-09

These terms govern the purchase of coins, episode unlocks and membership on MiniEpi: how orders are formed, delivered, refunded and disputed. They form part of the Terms of Service. The Japanese version also serves as the notice required by Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

1. Seller

ZNRUN TECH LIMITED, registered at ROOM B3,19/F,TUNG LEECOMMERCIAL BUILDING,91-97JERVOIS STREET,SHEUNG WAN HONG KONG, contact support@miniepi.com. The regional sites are operated by the same entity; where a site publishes its own "Operator information" notice, that notice governs for the site.

2. Formation of the order

  • An order is formed when you confirm the item and price on the checkout page and complete payment. Before payment we show the item, the price and the key points of these terms and obtain your consent. In-app purchases are formed when the app store confirms the purchase.
  • Every transaction has an order number, shown on the payment result page and in the receipt email; quote it when you contact support.
  • If a price is obviously wrong because of a system or human error, we may cancel the order after discovering it and refund it in full.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in the local currency of the site, tax included, as shown at checkout or in the app store.
  • Payment methods and timing: see section 5 of Payments and Refunds; payment is made in full when you order, and membership is charged per period under the Auto-renewal Agreement.
  • Besides the price you may bear your card issuer's cross-border or currency conversion fees and your own internet connection costs.

4. Delivery

  • Coins and bonus coins are credited immediately after payment; membership takes effect immediately; an unlocked episode can be watched as soon as the coins are deducted.
  • If payment succeeded but nothing was credited, the payment provider's or store's notification is probably delayed and usually catches up within minutes. If nothing has arrived after thirty minutes, email support with your order number and we will check with the provider.

5. Withdrawal and refunds

  • Coins, episode unlocks and membership are digital content and online services completed on delivery; with your confirmation before payment, local law excludes any unconditional withdrawal or cooling-off period (Taiwan: Consumer Protection Act Article 19 and Article 2(5) of the Reasonable Exceptions; Korea: Article 17(2) of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce; Japan: the distance-selling provisions of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions — the Service has no unconditional return policy).
  • We still provide the safeguards in section 8 of Payments and Refunds: pro-rata refund of unused top-ups within seven days, coins returned for unplayable episodes, full refund of duplicate charges.
  • Refunds always go back to the original payment method; in-app purchases are refunded by the app store under its rules.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a question about a charge, contact support first and we will help verify and resolve it. If you file a chargeback with your issuer without contacting us and the transaction is verified as made by you or from your account, we may suspend the account and reserve the right to recover the amount.

7. Receipts and invoices

After a successful payment an electronic receipt is sent to your linked email address; the Taiwan site issues e-invoices as required by Taiwan tax law where applicable; receipts for in-app purchases are sent by the app store.

8. System requirements

The Service needs a modern browser with HTML5 video (current versions of Safari, Chrome, Edge or Firefox) or the iOS / Android app, and a stable internet connection. Devices that do not support a particular video codec may not play every title.

9. Disputes

  • Email support@miniepi.com first; we handle disputes in good faith under these terms and reply within seven business days.
  • Taiwan: you may call the 1950 consumer hotline or complain to your local consumer service centre or consumer ombudsman, and may sue in the court of your place of residence.
  • Korea: you may apply for mediation to the Korea Consumer Agency or the 1372 consumer counselling centre.
  • Elsewhere: your local consumer-protection law applies; these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA without prejudice to your mandatory local protections.

10. Other

  • Matters not covered here follow the Terms of Service, Payments and Refunds and the Auto-renewal Agreement.
  • We may revise these terms; revisions are published on this page with an updated effective date, and orders formed before a revision follow the terms in force at that time.
